The J Alexander Group Operations Team is responsible for ensuring that your client’s transaction is as seamless (and stress-free!) as possible. From start to finish, they will act as your personal concierge service through the entire process. Our team includes full-time Client Care, Transaction Management, Marketing and Management staff that facilitate a robust technology-based platform customized to each client experience.
With every new listing you take, our Operations Team will step in and facilitate a thorough listing coordination on your behalf. From cleaning, decluttering, staging, photos, video, marketing content, lockbox and sign installation and everything in between. Both you, and your clients, will be apprised each step of the way. You will always be copied on all client communication as we represent you during the listing process. Once your listing paperwork is signed, turn it over to our Operations Team and you can focus on getting the next one!
