Originally from Long Island, New York. Juan has been helping clients buy and sell homes in South Florida since 2016. Bringing a rare combination of real estate expertise and deep mortgage industry knowledge to every transaction.

Before transitioning to real estate, Juan spent 13 years in the mortgage industry as both a Loan Officer and Account Executive, giving him a financial fluency that sets him apart from the start. He understands the full transaction from every angle, long before reaching the closing table, and uses that knowledge to protect and guide his clients at every step.

What drives Juan is matching people with the right lifestyle, not just the right home. Everyone is different. Some clients are chasing waterfront living and weekend boat days, others are avid golfers looking to be steps from the course, and others are searching for the perfect neighborhood to raise a family or a new construction they can make entirely their own.

Juan is also proud to serve South Florida’s diverse community as a bilingual English and Spanish speaker. Having made the move himself from Long Island, New York, Juan brings something most agents can’t offer — the firsthand experience of relocating to South Florida. He’s lived the process, navigated the decisions, and knows exactly what his out-of-state clients are going through. For those making the journey, that personal connection makes all the difference.

Outside of real estate, Juan is a devoted husband and father of three. His kids keep him on the go as all three are active in sports, which fuels his own passion for health, wellness, and staying active. At home, the family is rounded out by their Yorkie, Shadow, who makes sure no one gets too comfortable on the couch.
