Lily Alexander
Lily Alexander is a native Floridian and the enthusiastic co-founder of the J Alexander Group of eXp Realty. From an early age, Lily's entrepreneurial spirit, leadership skills, creative problem solving, and competitive nature led her towards career paths encompassing team-building, sales & marketing, and business operations.
Lily graduated from the College of Business at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton and has 15 years of professional experience including corporate recruiting and sales, residential & commercial real estate sales and marketing, as well as business building. In 2013, Lily joined forces with Jonathan to form the J Alexander Group and serve as his right-hand woman managing buyer sales, operations, and agent recruitment. Since then, together, Jonathan and Lily have grown their team to ten talented sales and administrative professionals they consider family.
