Black Diamond

Black Diamond tends to surprise people. Many families do not have it on their initial shortlist, but once they see it, it often jumps up fast.

The appeal here is the setting. The community was built over more than 90 acres of lakes and preserves, and many home sites back to either water or nature views. The mature landscaping and tree lined streets give it a calmer, more polished feel.
